  1. Notespeller Bass Middle C

The Treble/G clef Notespellers were sooo popular that I wanted to add some Bass/F clef notespellers to the collection!

I've been using these theory worksheets in lessons this week, and I've been astounded by the response from my young beginners.

Seriously, one girl put her theory homework into her secret diary just so she wouldn't lose it.

And one boy was totally overwhelmed with pride that he had been trusted with such a 'big boy' exercise...

    Nuts. But GREAT!

  2. Promo - Notespeller Treble Middle C

Today I'm sharing 6 worksheets for your young beginner students. Sometimes you need a resource that tests certain notes and not others (most C position worksheets I found seem to test all five notes C, D, E, F and G in order) and I know that for my students at least, sometimes they just need reminding of a specific note - for example, E or G.

So here are some sheets I hope you find handy. You could time them in your lessons for extra fun points, set them for homework, use them alongside a music whiteboard or to back up newly learnt notes! Bass/F clef worksheets, and different hand positions, are coming soon. Please get in touch if you'd like me to add a different combination of notes in the middle C position.
